At Patowari Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• You must contact us first before returning any item.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at patowarillc@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
